❗ Before placing an order, measure your dog's neck with a tailor's tape or measure your dog's existing collar from the leather fold at the buckle to the most commonly used hole. Indicate the age of your dog and I will help you choose the size.

There may be a +/- 0.5 cm difference in size.

The appearance of scratches, scuffs during use is normal, as on any other leather goods. Prevent dogs from chewing on the collar tassels.
Collars do not have a lifetime warranty!

If for any reason we have made a mistake such as the wrong size or design, we will allow an exchange so that we can correct our mistake. Thanks to this, the buyer will not be able to return worn-out items to us. This will void any return or exchange we have discussed. We expect refunds to be returned to us in the same new, unworn condition that our products were shipped in.
