We sell you only the best handmade goods of the highest quality!
Yes, we accept returns, you have 14 days after you receive your order to
make a decision. We understand that buying online is not the same as
buying in a local store, especially buying a dog collar. That is why we
give our customers 3 days to make a decision.
In case you decided to return a product it should be returned in
its original and unused condition. Shipping will be paid by the buyer and we
do not reimburse shipping costs.
All items are made to order and are NON-RETURNABLE. Incorrect size due
to owner's given measurement is NON-RETURNABLE. Correct sizing is the
responsibility of the customer/owner. Reading listing details, to
ensure accuracy is also the responsibility of the customer/owner.
Exchanges and returns will be approved on a case-by-case basis. There
will be no returns or exchanges after 14 days of receipt or if the item
has been worn or used. No exceptions.
I cannot accept returns on items that have been used or worn.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE:
Our craftsmanship is warranted for 14 days after our customers receive
their purchase. Our guarantee stands if and only if the collar has a
manufactured defect and does not show signs of misuse (i.e. chewed
collar, torn collar, broken buckle or D-ring, etc.). If you have a
defective collar you must contact us within 14 days. Collars should be
sent back so repairs or replacements can be made. Shipping costs are
non-refundable.
If any of our hardware (buckles, D rings, rivets, or screws) fail within 6
months of purchase, we will make repairs at no charge. Our guarantee
covers our workmanship and does not cover any damage done to the product
or wear (normal or excessive).
Customers must send the collar back to us, at their own expense, for repairs to be made.
Our collars and leashes in Flora Style are currently in stock. Shipment
will occur within 3-5 business days from payment. ALL other collars and
leashes will be custom-made. SHIPMENT WILL OCCUR 1-2 WEEKS FROM PAYMENT.
PLEASE REFER TO THE LISTING FOR SHIPMENT TIMES. Please keep in mind
that you will be receiving a handcrafted item, this requires time to
create your gear.

IMPORTANT COLLAR INFORMATION:
PLEASE NOTE: The photo may be slightly different in color from the
actual item due to lighting during photo shooting or monitor display. We
have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors
of our products that appear in the store. However, since the actual
colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that any
color displayed on your monitor will be accurate.
Leather is a
natural material, so you may find the surface shows some minor
variations in color or even the occasional small imperfection.
PLEASE
NOTE: The collar is not designed for swimming in water, pool, or sea as
water, chlorine, and salt can damage skin, iron, and crystals - we
recommend removing it before letting your dog swim.
The appearance of
scratches, and scuffs during use is normal, as on any other leather goods.
Prevent dogs from chewing on the collar tassels.
Collars do not have a lifetime warranty!

customers’ expectations. However, each customer is responsible for
determining the serviceability of this merchandise for their individual
use and needs. The customer accepts all responsibility for purchasing and
determining the use of our merchandise.

Delivery to the European Union - 7-30 days.
Delivery to Australia - 30-60 days.

We are not responsible for the work of postal services outside the territory of Ukraine!
